Preliminary project of the new El Khayyat  holding Showroom. 
The project is highly representative; it expresses the bigness, the solidity, the entrepreneurial ability, and the elegance of El Khayyat different investment sectors. 

The El Khayyat Showroom is located inside the actual group’s headquarter, so a comparison with the  pre-existing building has been necessary. 
The project is characterized by its representative character, by a fluid spatiality, sinuous and embracing lines, precious materials, and by extreme attention to the details.
The interior design project consists of three levels.
The ground floor is luxury and highly representative, in it, the Central Hall is the ambient architecturally most relevant, characterized by the presence of an abstract marble sculpture with a flaming shape, surrounded by a brass bars-ceiling mounted installation. 
At the ground floor, the various living and waiting zones, the elegant desk in the Main Entrance, have been designed in order to welcome visitors in the best possible way, in an ambience elegant and comfortable. 
As per existing project, at the first floor there are the executive offices, that look towards the spacious and bright Central Hall space.
The underground level is dedicated to the different exhibition spaces of the holding products, that illustrates them from the factory to the finished product, there is also a wide and flexible Conference Room for conferences, workshops, product presentations. 
Every exhibition space is equipped with Living Zones, olographic screens, Virtual Reality viewvers, that makes the visitor experience pleasant and complete. 
The El Khayyat Showroom project, has been totally managed by a BIM process, a database of relational data that lets the control accurate and precise of the entire design process.
