Final structural and detail design of a residential building situated in a prestigious zone of Rome. The building is characterized by three levels of foundation on piles that host a basement and six floors above ground. The peculiarity of this structure is that it has a wall seismic resistant structure with bi-directional flat slabs as floors. Some balcony cantilever have more than 3m free span that needs a sophisticated study of the slab deformability under cracked conditions.
