Immouzer Palace – Guest Villa

Concept design and Masterplan designed for the restricted participation contest 'Ait Sebaa-Immouzer Place', which envisaged the design of a building complex with a villa including a SPA, swimming pool and gardens, staff quarters, terraces and two small guesthouses, perfectly embedded in the surrounding environment.

An impressive architectural complex, proposed as a landmark. Three separate buildings merged in a single body highly recognizable from the main streets and in harmony with the surroundings. Particularly, the sinuous shapes of the complex follow up the smoothness of the surrounding hill, while the selected colors are intended to resemble the chromatic nuances typical of each season.

The hero, the white, represents the apple tree flowers all year long. Each apple tree has been relocated around the building, preserving that enjoyable moment of a relaxing walk in a quiet and good smelling environment.

Nevertheless, the materials used (white plaster, stone, wood, water) drive into a mixture of tradition and contemporaneity resulting in a modern and technological language.
